One app for the residents, the owners and the president they elect.

  • Dues and expenses

    Payments and expenses are recorded in US dollars or Lebanese pounds at the day’s rate. Receipts come as PDFs, and everyone sees where the money goes.

  • Notices

    Water cut tomorrow? Generator hours changed? Post it once and every neighbour gets a push notification.

  • Building decisions

    Put a question to the building and vote, one apartment one vote. Anyone can check the tally, and the result is kept as a PDF record.

  • An elected president

    The owners elect their president by secret ballot. If the vote ends in a tie, a run-off between the tied candidates opens automatically.

  • Maintenance

    Report a stuck lift or a leak with a photo, then follow its status updates until it is fixed.

  • Who to call

    Emergency contacts and a directory of service providers, from the doorman to the plumber to civil defence.

How it works

  1. Find your building

    Search by address or name. Not there yet? Register it.

  2. Bring in the neighbours

    Invite them by email or send a link over WhatsApp. Each one claims their apartment, as owner or tenant.

  3. Elect a president

    Every owner is a candidate, and the ballot is secret.

  4. Run it together

    The president records dues and expenses; everyone sees the books, gets the notices and votes on what happens next.
